Q -  Do you have a pool?
Wilmington Town Beach (Lake Everest)

A - No. I feel that sitting around a chlorine pool is not why you've chosen to come to the Adirondacks. The town beach, Lake Everest, is within 3 miles. In season it offers canoe and kayak rentals as well as a lifeguard. Lake Everest was chosen by President Bush to celebrate Earth Day 2002. Recent renovations include a playground for the children and a boat ramp. There are picnic tables, BBQ's and a covered pavilion. In the summer enjoy and dance to a different band every Thursday evening. Even closer, there is a fun swimming hole a mile away and a river to cool off in a few minutes away.
