Policies of The Inn at Whiteface
Smoking - The Inn is smoke free. For those who wish to smoke, our front porch is set up for your smoking comfort and convenience.
Pets - Although we wish we could allow pets they are not permitted in The Inn for everyone's benefit.
Children - The Inn is very family friendly. It is set up for children of all ages.
Check-in and out procedures:
Check-in time is 4 pm to 11 pm. (Exceptions can be arranged when necessary).
Check-out is 11 am. If you desire to extend your check-out time, it may be possible to do so at a charge of $8.50 per hour. Inquire if interested.
Reservation policy:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks are accepted but must arrive within a week to hold your room.
Upon reserving a room a payment equal to one night will be charged for a one or two night stay. For a longer period 50% will be required. For holiday weekends, Ironman, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day, 75% will be due within 30 days of your arrival date to hold your room.
After your deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation card.
Cancellation policy:
If you decide to cancel for any reason there is $25 processing fee for charges.
Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your reserved stay for a full refund unless it is considered a holiday period or in-season weekend. Then 3 weeks is required and we must fill the room during your reserved period for a refund. You will be responsible for your reserved room if we can not rebook it. If you find it necessary to shorten your stay, you are responsible for the entire time reserved unless we can fill your room. With only 11 rooms to support all that we maintain for your comfort and enjoyment, we regret that we can no longer be as lax as we have been in the past. Cancellations affect us significantly. In trying to keep our rates as low as possible for all our guests, we find this policy to be necessary and fair. Remember that the sooner you cancel the more time there is for us to fill your room.
With group events our policy varies with each contract.
